Booking:

All bookings are subject to availability.

The minimum age for booking a car is 21 years.

A valid driver’s license and two identification proof are mandatory for booking.

One proof will be retained by the booking person while renting the vehicle and will be returned upon delivery of the vehicle.

Payment:

Full payment must be made in advance at the time of booking.

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Additional charges such as fuel, tolls, and parking fees are the responsibility of the renter.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will incur a cancellation fee.

Insurance:

The renter is responsible for any damage to the car not covered by insurance.

Usage:

The rented car should only be driven by the authorized renter or designated drivers.

The car should not be used for any illegal activities or racing.

Maintenance and Repairs:

The rental company will cover the costs of routine maintenance and repairs.

Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the renter.

Return of the Vehicle:

The car must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

Fuel Policy:

The car won’t be provided with an empty tank of fuel.

The renter should return the car with the same level of fuel.

Driving Regulations:

Renters must adhere to all traffic rules and regulations of Goa.

Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.

Additional Services:

Additional services such as GPS navigation, child seats, etc., are available upon request and may incur extra charges.

Liability:

The rental company will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the car.

Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.

By confirming the booking, the renter agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of payment.
